About T. Scott Daniel, Esq.
T. Scott Daniel is a licensed Tennessee Attorney serving Middle Tennessee. He earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from The Nashville School of Law.

Scott also attended Bethel University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He has been devoted to public service throughout his career.
​
He previously worked as a police officer for the Humphreys County Sheriff's Office. During his tenure there, he served as a supervisor and a D.A.R.E. Instructor. He then went on to work for the State of Tennessee, Office of Child Safety. While there, he was responsible for investigating severe child abuse cases. From there, he went on to serve as Captain of the New Johnsonville Police Department. During his time there, he was responsible for the daily operations of the Department. He has approximately 10 years of law enforcement experience.

He is also a licensed Tennessee Real Estate Broker. He is also a Tennessee Rule 31 Listed Civil/Family Mediator.

Scott will strive to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. He will diligently advocate for his clients and ensure they are well informed on the status of their case.
