About T. Scott Daniel, Esq.
T. Scott Daniel is a Tennessee attorney serving clients throughout Middle Tennessee. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Bethel University.
Before entering the practice of law, Scott devoted approximately a decade to law enforcement and public service. He began his law enforcement career with the Humphreys County Sheriff’s Office, where he served in supervisory roles and as a D.A.R.E. Instructor. He later worked for the State of Tennessee’s Office of Child Safety, investigating allegations involving severe child abuse. Scott subsequently served as Captain of the New Johnsonville Police Department, where his responsibilities included overseeing the department’s daily operations.
Scott’s background in law enforcement and public service provides him with practical experience in investigations, evidence, courtroom proceedings, and the challenges individuals and families can face when navigating the legal system. He brings that experience to his legal practice with an emphasis on thorough preparation, straightforward communication, and effective advocacy.
In addition to practicing law, Scott is a Tennessee Rule 31 Listed Civil and Family Mediator, assisting parties and attorneys in resolving disputes through the mediation process.
Scott is also a licensed Tennessee Real Estate Broker and the Owner and Principal Broker of Neighborhood Realtors, a locally owned real estate brokerage headquartered in Waverly, Tennessee. Through Neighborhood Realtors, he and his team serve buyers and sellers throughout Humphreys County and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities. His experience in both law and real estate provides him with a practical understanding of real property transactions and the issues that can arise when legal and real estate matters intersect.
At Daniel Law, PLLC, Scott is committed to providing clients with diligent representation, practical legal guidance, and clear communication throughout their case. He approaches each matter individually, works to ensure his clients understand their options, and advocates for outcomes that protect their interests.
